About design templates
- Predefined design templates are super important for a quick start of any product customization.
- It is possible to create your own design templates as well as to install some basic templates from our provided list.
- All design presets in our app are free to use.
- We recommend creating and assigning at least three or four different design templates for your product.
- All installed design templates can be edited according to your needs by changing default texts and uploading your custom graphics. Please note that PDFs and SVG files exported from Canva are not supported.
- Please make sure you are not using non-licensed graphic assets in the design template.
Installing design template from presets
- Go to Design Templates and click on Install from presets.
- Select as many design templates as you want and click on Install selected items.
- Click on Setup installed templates when the pop-up appears. Open installed template and change its default settings like Template name, Size and click Save.
- Always check how the design template looks on the product where it was assigned to.
