Shopify collaboration

  • Shopify collaboration allows store owners to give external partners, such as us, app developers, limited access to their store without sharing full admin credentials. This is helpful when you need our assistance with setting up products, troubleshooting issues, or resolving app-related problems.
  • When you provide us with the name of your store, we can submit a Collaboration request. Once you approve the request, we gain access to the specific parts of your store necessary to resolve your issue—without full admin access.

Permissions

After receiving our collaboration request, please review and confirm all necessary permissions. Make sure that the Smart Customizer permission is also selected to ensure we have access to everything needed to assist you effectively. If at any point you no longer need our help, you can easily revoke our access.
